Massachusetts, and I suppose other states, have “true id” drivers licenses that allow one to fly without a passport. Licenses without that endorsement are not valid to fly. Why not something similar for voting?

You do not need a passport to fly domestically. You don’t even need any ID at all although having one makes flying much simpler and easier. You must have a passport to fly internationally.

I think you could, put something very simple on the ballot, only 1-2 provisions so that you don’t ruin a good amendment with 1 bad part of the amendment.

Vote ID and Proof of Citizenship are supposed to have universal support, put it on the ballot and see what happens.

MEXICO has voter I.D. cards with picture .

I have personally seen dozens.

The only reason Democrats fight voter ID is to enable easier cheating.
EVERYONE who votes Democrat is an enabler of election chesting as well as all the other evils proudly promoted by the Democrat party.
