I wonder if — given the unpopularity of Kamala among her target demographic groups, the pressure was on some of the managers of the cheat effort to just pocket the money, and hand it out to their close friends. I've wondered about that though, what you're talking about. The cheat in 2020 had to have been a mass effort, in NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, etc. Those things don't happen without money being given out to lots of street-level workers. That means a lot of people are out there who knew what was going on.
