Staying away from palm oil and palmitic acid is your best way to address this method of worsening MS. Canola oil has a very small amount (3.6%), with coconut oil having just a little bit more (8.4%).

Palm oil is 45% palmitic acid.

Palm oil is toxic and should be classed with seed oils (such as RAPEseed, brand name ‘canola’).

Good luck with that.
