Should Trump take the high road if asked about it? A teachable moment where it should be pointed out her total lack of temperament for the job the left overlooks. They overlooked Barak’s resume because they were looking for a Messiah unaware there are none out there. Executive experience is more important than oratory skills and someday a Kamala will get elected. Barak at least kept his pants on.

I’m hoping for don’t ask don’t tell so we can forget all about her and move on to MAGA and building Trump’s cabinet.

You reminded me again of the novel:

A CREED FOR THE THIRD MILLENNIUM   by Colleen McCullough
Release Date: June 5, 1985

Setting

The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic America (2032) that is cold, ravaged, and devastated by despair. The world's glaciers have accelerated, and the US is facing dwindling water, shrinking land, and an anti-American outside world.

Plot

The Department of Environment leads a secret plan to find a messiah to boost morale in America. Dr. Judith Carriol, a senior government official, chooses Dr. Joshua Christian, an unknown psychologist who specializes in treating "millennial neurosis". The story retells the Christ story in terms of 21st-century America.

As to your question, there is no such thing as a teachable moment with the Democrats.   They always think of a reason to allow them to ignore reason altogether.
