'No plans for Putin to congratulate,' says Russia as Donald Trump wins US presidential election

The Kremlin on Wednesday responded to questions about the US presidential election and the possible impact of Donald Trump's victory, stating that Russia would "draw conclusions based on concrete words and actions" in the future.
Additionally Kremlin said that "We are unaware of any Putin plans to congratulate Trump on his win."

With Donald Trump's unpredicted stance Peskov commenting on future relations with the US said that Russia would "see" if the US changes its foreign policy trajectory come January
