Like the Kings had a court jester as a necessary part of remaining just human. Anyone in power who says you must not be negative goes down — bloodily.
Look at the recent game company that released that turd called “Concord”. Another piece of DEI garbage. Eight years and $4B all wasted. Why? In part because the boss years ago stated that the company policy was no one was allowed to say anything negative about anything. So, nothing even approximating honest feedback. ‘Cause one person’s constructive criticism is another’s (the DEI hire) negative thinking.
If you do not welcome negative the positive is false.
Critical thinking is not negative thinking. Negative thinking is having a defeatist bias.
