She was molested as a child, probably damaged for life, and spent decades doing drugs, having several dudes fold her like a basket of laundry, and blowing off the one guy who actually cared for her. She’s not absolved of all wrongdoing, but I kind of understand why she might have taken the path she did in life, and feel at least a little bit of pity for her.
I agree. I think her character was incredibly sad, not necessarily a bad guy.
