It's not the same without Rush.
And indeed election day is not the same either, as we don't all meet together (separately) as we once did.
Nevertheless, tomorrow's the day when decisions are revealed.

Rush was our Northern Light. Our brother, our friend.
He always said he’d let us know when it was time to go, and God called him home at that particular time, and I have wondered since if that was the message.
In any case, God is still and always on His throne, and He alone appoints and allows for His good reason.
No matter what, I believe.

It was always essential to break for my lunch,get to my car and eat my lunch to listen to Rush at noon especially on critical election days. Some great Americans can never be duplicated but Washington, Reagan,Trump and Rush truly never will be.
Rush will be looking down on us from the heavens and expecting us to do our job if we haven’t done it already.

Dear Lord.. I miss him terribly.
My wife, my 19 year old son, and I will be at the polls here in South Alabama at 0700 tomorrow morning to do our part.

By now, I’m an old fella, and there’s no way I can stay up that late.
I’m going to the polls on crutches thanks to a torn meniscus in my knee a few weeks ago but can’t wait to get there.
