There is a word for two halves of a country’s population absolutely at odds with each other and neither willing to concede power to the other or share it. They face off with hatred and spite.
Ballot boxes don’t cure that.
Does anybody here believe the Dems would say “Better luck to our side in the next election, we tried our best, good luck to our friends the Republicans and their leader Donald Trump.
