How about Whoopie pies? They seem to be popular although not not available in some parts of the country. Where I live, I don’t think most people even know what they are.

I have heard of them, but never have seen them in the wild, and I am from Connecticut, which is close to Pennsylvania and Maine, where they are common. If I see one I might try it if I am not on a low carb diet, or may use it as an excuse to break the low carb diet.
