Legal? I don’t think its a crime, but no in baseball its not “legal”. The batter was called out. And these two buffoons should never see the inside of an MLB stadium again.

I don’t think its a crime. It is the crime of battery, an unwanted touching. I doubt it will be prosecuted, though.
