Maybe if they'd stop boosting public spending they wouldn't have a 22 billion pound 'black hole'.

lol - I thought the same immediately. It never occurs to them. When the goal is to ‘maximize tax receipts’ so they can ‘save the world’ with ‘endless new programs to _help_ people’, it’ll ALWAYS hit the working class. It has to. It’s just stealing from Peter to pay Paul.

When will people wake up?

Socialists will never stop boosting public spending until they have drained evert dime out of the economy. they believe the government is or at least ought to be the economy and when they get there everything will be distributed equitably except of course their own portion which will be a little more equitable than the others. In the UK the Conservatives are hopeless and Labour is willfully incompetent. And Scotland? Don’t let them leave, throw them out.
