PenguinSix noted buildings being boarded up, this one has sandbags behind it and on Day 2, the boarding/sandbags extended over the whole block.
5:22 minute mark: PenguinSix notes a Coast Guard helicopter in service to Homeland Security on patrol. He also spots a V-H 92, and says it might be the new Marine One, eventually. He also notes P-8s 'coming in' (anti-sub aircraft).
PenguinSix says, new, very tall, secondary fence with 'pointy bits on the top' is being put up around the EEOB (Eisenhower Executive Office Building). The President's staff is located in the EEOB - largely a logistical hub. People who answer the president's mail, the White House cooks, office of Travel etc. VP has a ceremonial office in the EEOB but she's not there on a day to day basis.

ransomnote: there's a touching section of the video about the Blair House - the anniversary of an attempted assasination of Truman, who stayed in the Blair House while the White House was being renovated in the 1950's. On Nov 1, a White House police officer, Leslie Coffelt, gave his life to save Truman from being assasinated by two Puerto Rican terrorists, so today there were flowers from the Police Lodge and Secret Service, honoring his service.
ransomnote: At the 10 minute mark, PenguinSix and other photographers start to set up for Biden's walk to the helicopter, but Biden walks about before any of them are ready and they didn't get pictures, Biden 'just popped out' and never paused or looked at the press, and was walking to the aircraft before the steps were even released and lowered. Personally, I think they figured out how to avoid having him filmed or photographed.
