Bacon Explosion !
We have always had a good source of bacon. Growing up my Grandfather smoked all ours and now we have a close by family run meat market/slaughterhouse. Their bacon is great. As a matter of fact I don’t think I have ever bought bacon in a grocery store. Try it when making hash browns with onions.
