Please take note folks that this is reported to have been a Multiple Independently Targetable Reentry Vehicle (MIRV). This does NOT mean the warheads were nuclear. These were conventional warheads if it’s true. All these reports are based on claims by Zelensky because the missile “matches the speed and altitude” of an ICBM. NORAD will be your ultimate confirmation on this development.
Further “Wester officials” tell ABC News this was in fact a shorter range ballistic missile. I can’t see why Russia would waste an ICBM on such a close target. Dnipro City is about 1000 miles from the Russian Border.
