RNC Wins Election Integrity Lawsuit in Pennsylvania, AGAIN!
WASHINGTON - The RNC has once again secured election integrity. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in our favor, again holding that counties must enforce the dated ballot requirement.

▪️ Radical Democratic officials in some Pennsylvania counties attempted to illegally count undated and incorrectly dated ballots. This is a blatant attack on democracy on behalf of Bob Casey to steal the election for the senate seat.
▪️ Undated or improperly dated ballots cannot be counted. That’s the law, and we have defended it in court multiple times.
▪️ Yet once again, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the dated ballot requirement for this election—a critical safeguard for election integrity. Only legal votes can be counted.
