Hundreds of terrorists and mass evacuation: the raid on Jabalya

Jabalya entrance is intended to prevent Hamas from recovering and rebuilding its power
• One of the main objectives: a hospital where the terrorist organization has established a headquarters, concentrated hundreds of terrorists and the military
• The operation there is over, but fighting in the environment is expected to continue for several weeks
• 16 cavities fell in the last month in the northern Strip

forces continue to operate in the area, and only in the last day (Wednesday) have eliminated dozens of terrorists through attacks from the air and also in face-to-face battles. It is estimated that the fighting will take place for a few more weeks.

The raid on Jabalya is aimed at curbing Hamas’ recovery attempts. At Kamal Adwan Hospital in Laia, north of Jabalya, the terrorist organization established a kind of central headquarters, from where it hoped to begin strengthening its military framework and rehabilitating it.

About a month has passed since the IDF entered Jabalya. Division 162 forces continue to operate in the area, and only in the last day (Wednesday) have eliminated dozens of terrorists through attacks from the air and also in face-to-face battles. It is estimated that the fighting will take place for a few more weeks.

Hundreds of terrorists from all over the northern Gaza Strip arrived at the hospital and their surroundings – They took over humanitarian aid transferred to the area and also restored terrorist infrastructure there. Among them is an accumulation of weapons, including dozens of Kalashnikov rifles, anti-aircraft rockets, walkie-talkies and other military equipment.

Before the troops entered, the IDF allowed civilians to leave the hospital and hundreds were evacuated. In addition to weapons in action, Hamas terror funds and documents were also found. Terrorists barricaded themselves in the hospital, some attending the October 7 massacre, were arrested and taken for questioning.
