The Falls currently erode the crest only about an inch per year, but they’ll likely be entirely gone in less than 100,000 years because the erosion can’t be completely stopped.

Haha! Right, if we ask a liberal. Then we tell them that climate change must have been MUCH worse 10,000-12,000 years ago when the crest was eroding at a rate of 37-44 inches per year. Their eyes would glaze over at the inconvenient mathematics and they’d call us racist climate change deniers and storm off.
