I went today for my annual check-up and passed with flying colors. Doc said that whatever I am doing, keep doing. So here’s what I am doing. (Again hat tip to Barbara O’Neil). Take 1/3 cup of raw honey, add one tablespoon of tumeric, one teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Mix together and take one spoonful every day. I’m almost 74 years old and never felt better and Doc said that it is remarkable that I take no daily drugs at my age.

Daily dose is one teaspoonful? Thanks.

I don’t measure the exact amount - I just take a heaping spoonful (usually grab a teaspoon out of the drawer). I don’t refrigerate it either - it sits on my counter in an air-tight container.

I just take the stuff, a few times a month but not for my eyes for general purposes as there is no DOUBT Ivermectin has been suppressed in the West and distributed to the 3rd world freely.
