Special counsel Jack Smith expected to wind down Trump prosecutions: Sources (VIDEO)
I'm confused! Why is he still in the picture? Unless I missed something, didn't a judge rule that his "appointment" as a Special Prosecutor invalid because Congress is not authorized to appoint federal government officials; rather they must be appointed by the President?
