While it's not proof of accuracy, some of the comments on the video said they saw Black Hawks (Army, various utility purposes and VIP transport) and Apache's (Army, gunships).
Retired Air Traffic Controller wrote that this 'drill' is not normal. A few former mil said 'not normal'. Some posts yelled 'it's just a drill'. PenguinSix said he's seen two drills like this in the past years but those were held during the day.
I see there was a Fox News video posted Monday, October 21, US Capitol complex evacuation drill planned for Monday. That video is 48 minutes in length and purported to be filming the drill 'live' last week, but the view of the capital was such that only the upper architecture was viewable. Wonder what went on in that drill - or if there even was a drill. Might they be fielding 'nothingburgers' to distract the public until the public decides it's just noise and tunes it out? There was a comment posted to that Fox News video asking:

ransomnote: Since I decided to filibuster until the clothes came out of the dryer, I looked for a video about something in the sky last week in DC (October 20). There is a video titled:

That 2 minute video starts with a photographer focusing on the moon repeatedly, and I thought, "very funny" (LARP). But the he tried to focus on, for lack of a better description, what looked like a spinning beer can. Yeah. No shoot down and nothing big. I dunno - hard to find anything informative on so little info, but it clams to be footage from Oct. 20 over DC. But hey, it could be 4 years old and I wouldn't know.
FWIW, I don't see 'Bud Light' printed on the side of the 'can'.
Maybe since 'things' are happening or expected to happen, disinfo is just going to flood the zone with extraneous sightings, drills and other claims to drown out any actual 'news'.
