back in the day, we were looking for a name for a new colt born on our farm. We had been toying with names from Jimmy Buffett songs, but all were already taken (or just too stupid to take seriously). My Dad, who was an airline pilot, tossed up the idea “Buffet Boundary,” which is a technical flying reference, and so that was the name we sent to the registry. Plus, we got to call him Buffett for his stable name.
