You cannot force polls (or county offices) to complete counting by midnight. The poll places have there counts centralized and tallied at the county office in my area. In my experience, the precinct polls get their work done within an hour or two.

However, if someone at the polls has a poll worker state to them that the books says they’ve already voted by mail-in ballot but the individual states they did not, I would encourage the individual to report ‘identity theft’ to the county sheriff’s office. The sheriff is an extension of the court —force an investigation.
• Not an emergency, send a deputy
• Stolen Identity/identity theft
• At the retail place now

If you observe other irregularities, report them to the Judge of the polling place. And, if needed, also to Director of Elections of the county where you cast a vote. Say a bus full of people ‘strangers’ show up a your polling place...seems hinky. Report it.

You can challenge a voter if you do not think they are who they claim to be. A process ensues.

Also you can report issues to Secretary of State regarding elections.

Help others —shut-ins, handicapped people, elderly— to the polling place.

All of these suggestions are legal and doable.

I have been playing around with the early vote numbers as reported by the Georgia Secretary of State's office.

The numbers don't exactly balance because I had to draw them from different sites but they do clearly indicate one thing. There has been a shift of just over one million voters from Absentee by Mail to Early Vote in Person.

This dramatically reduces the number of 'floating' ballots that the Democrats have available for any shenanigans.
