Your desire for a 100 billion people on earth is bizarre and while it would overwhelm and erase America and the West along with all nations and turn the world into a bubbling cauldron of controlled sheep fed from factories and living in stacked rooms, there would still be constant friction and violence mixed with the mindless farm animal living.
Some estimate there were 100M American immigrants since 1776…I assume you can trace your family back prior to that if you have been opposed to the last 100M immigrants.
