I watched the video three times. I do not see where he/she/it is unsealing the envelopes. There are no ripped or frayed edges. Too perfect to be real.

I get it — just because the law says you can’t do something doesn’t mean that the Rats will follow the law. But why risk inadvertently destroying a ballot for Heels-up and Tamp-on Tim.

For example, with the first 2 envelops/ballots...He's unsealing the envelopes at the:

1. 4-6 (outer) && 9 (inner) seconds mark
2. 23-26 (outer) && 29-31 (inner) seconds mark

You can clearly hear, audibly, he's opening the seal on the envelope.

If those envelopes were not sealed, you would not hear that noise of him unsealing them.
