I agree with that. In my own case I say morning and bedtime prayers, and others whenever it might occur to me. Never would I say twice a day or any specific number.
I never say. It is personal and God knows the truth and He is the only one that matters. I have nothing to prove to anyone else. That would be virtue signaling and I hate that crap.
