It’s not a public shooting range and not a sanctioned range of any kind at all. Probably someone’s backyard at best.
You can be stupid on private property and there’s tons of videos to prove that especially tannerite videos.
Re: 9 - we have a range with five members (who can bring guests under very specific conditions). So very small org, but private, neat and well maintained.
One rule is - no tannerite. Period.
If you want to blow up your printer or computer, etc, just do it somewhere else. It’s enough work to police our brass, etc to not haven’t deal with shards of plastic, glass, etc.
Years ago, we did try targets with tannerite - meh.
