What works for one might not work for another.
I had my first attack at 18. Gout on both sides of my Family.
What works for me is staying away from all forms of sugar….even frucctose.
Yeah, it’s not sugar for me. I don’t really eat sweets and drink mostly water, wine and espresso.
I think it’s the rare bit of hard liquor and certain foods. So far I’ve ID’d shellfish, asparagus, anchovy, cauliflower, processed turkey, hmm that’s about it.
