This is not some sort of secret. It was widely reported:

Yes, initially it was on the table and the war wlyld have been averted, but then along came Boris.

Another Kremlin myth. Negotiations continued after Johnson's visit. They were called of, not by Ukraine, but by Russia. This was because of the revelations of the Bucha massacre. In any case, Russia was making unreasonable demands that no Ukrainian government would have accepted. Even now Russia is demanding that Ukraine withdraw from all of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzia before they will negotiate.
