For those who've never seen it, the Virtue-whiner in the video is a textbook case of the Dunning-Kruger Effect¹. She was absolutely certain that she knew what she was talking about despite being completely ignorant about it.

1. The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which low-ability people do not possess the skills needed to recognize their own incompetence. The combination of poor self-awareness and low cognitive ability leads them to overestimate their capabilities.
