I believe .xpi are Mac (Apple) only.
If you are doing this on a Mac, I have no idea how that would work (to extract the folder).

Ok, I looked up that extension.. it is actually a different version of a ZIP file (learned something new!) that is specific to Mozilla Firefox.
"It stands for Cross-Platform Install ( XPInstall) and is essentially a ZIP file renamed with the .xpi extension."

It also says that you can change the .xpi to .zip and unzip it like normal. Then you can follow the instructions 😜

***********************************************************

I believe the originals were contained in zip files, if I remember right.

They need to be plain folders (the 2 folder in the unzipped file).

(ok, it's been awhile, so I hope I don't miss anything..)

After you choose developer mode on the upper right side of the screen,
click on the "Load Unpacked" on the upper left (making sure they are in folders, NOT zipped, and 1 at a time),
find the folder you want to install, and click on it.

Do the same for the next one, if you are going to install both.

That's it. 😃

P.S. If you are using Firefox, there may be a way to install it without unzipping the file(s), but I haven't used Firefox in a few years.

Firefox gives me a message that the file is corrupt. I’ve been using FF for FR but I can easily start using Brave. I use both for different things along with Chrome, mostly for Google Earth.

Thanks again! I really appreciate it. I got spoiled using it for so many years.
