The intel agencies must know that there are terrorist cells that have come over our southern border. Why do they and the democRATs not care?

They’re corrupt and only care about enriching themselves at our expense.

Once they make it on US soil, the CIA defers to the FBI. Even if they ID a terrorist at the border once they hit US soil, they become a DHS problem.

I suspect our intel agencies are broken. The DNI is at fault, but it is also structural. CIA should under no circumstance be allowed to operate on US soil. The rest of the actors from the NSC should return to being separate agencies with separate budgets, responsibility and directors. The DNI should only be the link between the agencies to ensure information is shared when needed.

If elected Trump needs to restructure how security clearances are managed. Presidential appointees should have their security clearances revoked or reduced in level once they leave the job. Any one working in an Intel community as a presidential appointee should not be allowed work for Intel contractors for five years after leaving office. That and revoking or reducing clearances would go a long way in cleaning up that community. You would not have a revolving door between agencies and contractors like you have now.

It’s all by design.

They want to destabilize the country so they can consolidate their control. Large scale attacks on our homeland tend to result in the erosion of individual liberty. Folks will be more than willing to surrender their rights to the Surveillance State the next time we are faced with an attack.
