Well true but it was only passed months ago. I’d not even heard of it yet. Also the bill sounds more like a preventative thing, to prevent modification of weather and does not specifically mention “chemtrails”. It’s not scientific, just because some state elected representatives bring up a bill and get votes to have it passed. I also have a question: you say jets are no longer leaving any CONTRAILS in the sky? In Tenn? Or chemtrails??? PS to anyone reading: I don’t want to give the impression that I believe it’s impossible to modify the weather to ANY degree. I’m was referring to the idea the government is dumping virus/poisons/mind bending drugs/harmful chemicals in the atmosphere purposefully. OR that the government has the ability to control the weather SO precisely they can “dial up” a hurricane when they want one. I can remember WAY, WAY back in southern Indiana in the Cold War when military aircraft would criss cross the sky with contrails and soon clouds would cover the sky. That would effect temp/pressure and maybe even change rain chances..but that’s a far cry from creating a hurricane at a specific time and location. I remember the sky like this frequently in the 70s-80s:
I did not see persistent trails from jets ("chemtrails") crisscrossing the skies in the 80s and 90s. Of course, I've seen normal, quickly dissipating contrails throughout my 66 years. Those were quite obviously very different.
I don't know the purpose of these chemtrails, but after COVID, and in light of the current border invasion, I can't imagine they are intended for anything other than doing harm to US citizens.
