17th Amendment remove the check and balance on the Senate, which gives us a corrupted Senate and thus a corrupted judiciary. The real issue with the 17th is it put the Power with the lobbyists and the party Elites, so we have the current state we’re in. They only fund controlled candidates, look at the majority of the people in the Senate today, controlled idiots a perfect example is Kelly Ayotte in New Hampshire. Was controlled by McCain money, failed in her re-election to Senate, somehow miraculously while in the Senate sat on the defense appropriation committee, gang of 8 scumbag, then ends up on the BAE board and now on the Black Rock board and now is running for governor in NH, who do you think she’s working for?
