Reminds me of that guy with the YouTube channel who feeds the raccoons hot dogs on his deck every night.
I feed them peanuts. There’s probably 3 different families that show up with 5-7 kids. They seem to stay on the roof until I put out the food around 2am and then you hear them making it down the wall to the dinner table. Haven’t seen any raccoons for the last week or so. The backyard park has become overgrown as we’ve gotten older and stopped keeping after the paths. Expect most of them live somewhere in it. Wondering if they’re settling to their winter nap. Don’t expect to ever see 100. Too much competition for the snacks from a groundhog, possum and skunks. They go thru about 80 lbs a month.
