Mike Wallace praises Richard Nixon for condoning what he believed to be criminality committed by Kennedy and Johnson in stealing the 1960 election.

all Mike Wallace condemns Donald Trump for opposing what he believed to be criminality committed by Democrat operatives in stealing the 2020 election.

Wallace levels his condemnation on Trump because he misunderstands the constitutional process for contesting elections, a process that runs well past article III courts, past the electoral college, and into the House of Representatives and the Vice President oof the United States. Wallac willfully misunderstands in order to reach the condemnatio his bias desires. He arbitrarily cuts off the constitutional process to contest presidential election to feed is bias.

To this day Mike Wallace holds the opinion that the 1960 presidential election was fraudulent yet he condemns Donald Trump and 70% of Republicans are holding the same view about the 2020 election. There is plenty of evidence that the 2020 election was both rigged and stolen that clearly justifies such an opinion in any reasonable observer.

The Supreme Court has just held that official acts of the President of the United States are not subject to inquiry in a criminal proceeding and the reason for that is quite simple, the that in the execution of his office must be free of fear that the weight of the federal criminal law will be brought down upon him after he leaves office because his policies or actions are somehow disfavored. Mike Wallace not only violates this firm constitutional principle, but he extends it to requiring a former president to recant his views while in office if he wishes to escape criticism. According to Wallace and other leftists, Trump must recant or he is a threat to democracy.

When Trump attempted by litigation, persuasion, public discourse, and by utilizing the remedies provided for in the Constitution itself, he served a public purpose, a very worthy public purpose, one that is part of the history of our Republic.
