I don’t understand what they want to do.

They want to rebrand meaning get a new nickname? Instead of Indiana Fever they’ll be Indiana something else?

But what does any of that have to do with racism?

Is it true that the WNBA cannot survive financially? Except for the fact that it is subsidized by the NBA?

The NBA has 50% ownership of the league and provides a $15M/year endowment. The league still loses money.

My guess is that they don't want CC's fans.

They prefer the same demographic that is currently supporting the NBA.

Apparently, Golden State is still selling out in San Francisco.

Maybe they should relocate Indiana Fever. Austin, TX may be a good place.
