I can never help feeling sad for these long dead, once living, people. They had such hopes for their afterlife, and they end up in pieces as thieves search for jewelry buried in the wrappings. Really hope that some vestiges of their lives can make them remembered as more than bodies.

Thanks m. The thieves were after gold and gems because, y'know, they were thieves. It's unlikely that there are even any pieces of them left, or remaining inscriptions to record their names.
