Is FEMA confiscating desperately needed supplies for Helene victims and using them to sustain illegal immigrants lifestyle?

I doubt it was FEMA, but somebody who has decided they are in charge or is a local official. This is happening because the Feds are late on the scene. Typically, the Fed puts someone in charge. They had an Army General coordinate military support for Katrina. Most people think FEMA is the end-all and be-all of disaster relief. They aren't. If I were in trouble after the disaster, I would be happier to see Samaritans Purse than FEMA. If nobody is in charge, then everyone thinks they are in charge.
