Yes— attorneys have had to handle this illegal seizure of private property. Know this first hand. That and trying to federalize/nationalize landlord/tenant laws. It takes a State Governor and AG to interdict this Marxist crapola.
Will try to keep all posted here on the Chimney Rock private property (all largely reduced to the land plats the houses and buildings swept away down into Lake Lure, NC reservoir lake. Bodies still in there,also btw).
