I can’t speak for Roger but I doubt he would say the US and its allies shouldn’t have fought the Axis powers in WW2 . He right on Ukraine in my opinion .
A a nuclear-weapons-free world at present is a vision, not immediately attainable obviously , and probably not achievable within the lifetimes of most living on the planet now , but certainly a goal for the entire world to strive for .
