That is a good idea. I thought of going to the postmaster but I know they wouldn't have anything in writing once I leave. you're idea with a "delivery receipt" to the postmaster would be evidence. Though I would have to also get a signed affidavit of the letter to the postmaster.
verified signature in California(where I live) no longer exist.
"Mail in" ballots criminalize legal voters. it's really that simple.
