Up in the air....
Update from Michigan:
Some wins, some losses. We had a meeting the last night, there’s apparently some confusion regarding very red St. Clair county suddenly missing 50% of it’s electors. Good people there are trying to reconcile “where they went” with the county clerk through e-mails with documentation. However one of the good guys team mentioned we would have to get it resolved with the (illegitimate via 1 corrupt judge) GOP state finance chair. Upon hearing the name, a known deep stater, I questioned the team (who are aware of his background) on if that’s really our best option.
“Yup”, they said. “That’s who we’re supposed to go through.” (This is a guy that bad-mouthed the financial handlings of the legitimately elected GOP chair Kristina Karamo, knowing full well that her financials had been sabotaged as soon as they learned she had won in an effort to take her out).
They all know this isn’t right, but simply can’t do anything else. We all know there’s to be Foolery. Or another “-ery”.
On the good side:
A school board candidate went up to a house with a lot of Trump signs out, hoping to get their last yard sign placed amongst them. Walking in the large garage door of the home and knocking on the inner one, a surprised Filipino lady answered. The candidate started his spiel by handing out a homemade printed flyer on cardstock, and went to explaining that he was running for school board. Before he could ask about the yard sign though, she interrupted.
“I’m sorry, I already voted.”
“Well, okay. If you could tell some friends then...” he started saying.
She interrupted him though, starting with a growing large smile “Wait, a politician is here at my home? This is great!!”
“Well, I’m not a politician yet. Please let some friends know and maybe I can get to that point. Anyway, have a great day!”
It was both sad and wonderful. Clearly this lady had been in a country where the politicians showing up to talk to their constituents was a good thing. Sadly so many of our politicians (suck) and just let the person with the most advertising and name recognition win.
The tides turning, as the candidate is running into more and more people that are actually just getting out there and meeting their constituents one on one.
Not all, but MANY folks have at least some knowledge of something serious going on. And the local Deep State is getting very desperate, still trying not to show it and saying “Trump and Kamala are neck and neck” as if they believe it.
