I just saw the precis - actually I think the opposite. I think it will facilitate the Q plan absolutely, gives it lawful foundation. THe early drops about POTUS authorizing the military control of the country for a short while.
The possibility of Martial Law is always with us. AD or NG troops have the same potential. Many threads ago I warned folks that while it seemed like a panacea, no one should be wishing for it. Constitutional rights get suspended, and the regular person has little idea about what life is like in the military normally and how that would translate onto the civilian everyday life. Lethal force is always a possibility with cops or the mil. Discretion is key.
