LIAR: In yet another example of how Kamala Harris is unmoored from reality, she took to Fox News tonight to boast about prosecuting the Guadalajara Cartel—a cartel that dissolved in the late 1980s, well before Harris even put on her first prosecutor’s badge. Let’s be clear:Kamala Harris became a prosecutor in 1990, after the Guadalajara Cartel had ceased to exist. Yet, here she is, rewriting history to present herself as a warrior against cartels she never confronted. This isn’t just an exaggeration; it’s an outright lie, a fabrication meant to inflate her résumé for political gain. Not only is there no record of Harris ever prosecuting a single cartel case, but it would have been impossible for her to take on the Guadalajara Cartel since it was dismantled long before she had any authority to prosecute anyone. It’s insulting to the intelligence of the American people that she would even make such a claim. What does this tell us about her character and suitability for higher office? Quite a bit. A person who will lie so brazenly on national television cannot be trusted with the reins of power. If she’s willing to invent a legacy of cartel prosecutions out of thin air, what else is she lying about? The American people deserve a president who is truthful, not someone who peddles in fantasy to bolster their political ambitions. This should be disqualifying for any candidate, let alone someone aspiring to be President of the United States. Kamala Harris’ track record of misrepresentation and deceit only adds to the growing pile of reasons why the American public must reject her—and this entire administration—at the ballot box.
