I based my ballpark on both of us being retired.
even with just my wife working, 85% of our ss was being taxed...since we first filed for SS 9 years ago.
I’m guessing if people would do the due diligence, they would be shocked and maybe look twice @ Pres. Trump’s no tax on ss proposal...
