***If you are in an area that may suffer water damage, I recently read of a good idea. Remove the racks from your dishwasher to make more room, and use it to store important papers, photos, laptop, etc. Items that may not do well in a wet environment***

At present my son is my dishwasher... I don't know how effective he would be for storing important papers. 😎

Flooding has never been a problem here at the house; wind❓ Who can tell? This storm will likely have the strongest winds yet (and plenty of rain) in a few hours - maybe up to 80 MPH. I did the best that I could and left the rest to prayer. 🛐
