I find that hard to believe. In the first place, WE claim not to have hypersonic missile technology. Second, Russia and China claim to possess such technology; would they make the technology 'security' vulnerable by giving it to Snake and his gang? Third, we have missiles that can hit specified windows in a specific building; I doubt hypersonic missiles can be anywhere near that accurate. They move at such a speed that the slightest correction (all the way from Iran) might move them off target by a half a mile.
