I remember learning to pour B-52s when I had a brief stint as a bartender in college. It’s kind of hard to do. You have to pour them over the back of a spoon to keep the layers from mixing.

It’s a bit of an art, for sure. Being a bartender would be an interesting job for its opportunities to study human nature at its best and its worst.
Some people really thrive in the environment of having a crowd of drunks screaming drink orders at you. I would get too stressed out. Not for me.
