Most of the media and other Democrats say we don’t need people to prove their citizenship to vote and we don’t need to have photo IDs because it is already illegal for non-citizens to register to vote, and there is no evidence that there is a risk.
Yet when Alabama finds 3,251 non-citizens registered to vote after they were given noncitizen identification numbers by DHS, and its Secretary of State wants to remove them from the voting rolls, the Justice Department, under the orders of Biden-Harris, sues them. They say it is too close to the election to remove them. Here’s the story, from TownHall:
DOJ Sues Alabama for Removing Noncitizens from Voter Rolls Too Close to Election
In mid-August, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen had identified 3,251 individuals registered to vote in the state who were given noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security and had instructed the boards of registrars in the state’s 67 counties to inactivate and remove them from the voter rolls[.]
Why would it ever be too close to an election to remove ineligible voters if you cared about election integrity? It wouldn’t. They need illegal votes to win.
How many states hand out driver’s licenses to illegals? How many register to vote? Who knows, but it is probably a significant number. (See Olivia Murray’s “Why are nonprofit groups setting up voter registration booths outside of driver’s license offices in Texas?”)
In Michigan, election integrity advocates have to sue the Democrat secretary of state to remove dead voters from the rolls, which shows how little Democrats care about honest elections; they have 106% of the voting age population as eligible to vote.

When will the Alabama Attorney General arrest these DOJ people for election fraud?
Awww too bad, they were already removed and the records were shredded.
The Alabama AG should say, “Yes of course, we’ll get on that as soon as possible.” Then drag it out until after the election. Alternatively, reinstate the illegals per Big Brother’s demand, but issue orders that if anyone on the list shows up, they are to be warned it is against the law for non-citizens to vote. If they insist, let them vote provisionally, then arrest them for voting illegally.
Confirms every allegation we’ve been hearing since the election was stolen about the weaponizing of that agency for the purpose of undermining the country’s ability to defend itself and its citizens.
Exactly, Empanel a Grand Jury and Indict the Lawyers, arrest and Remand as soon as they step foot in the State.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
The OBiden Administration is wrongly ignoring that making it easier for illegal aliens to get away with voting to try to keep desperate, elite Democrats and RINOs in power actually requires the states to ratify an appropriate amendment to the Constitution to give illegals the power to vote imo. (Ain't going to happen.)
From related threads ...
Democratic and Republican Trump supporters are reminded that when Virginia Minor argued that her right to vote was a “freebie” (my word) of being a citizen based on 14th Amendment's (14A) Equal Protections Clause in Minor v. Happersett, 1874, the Supreme Court clarified the following. Since women's suffrage was not expressly constitutionally protected, it was up to the individual states to decide if otherwise qualified women could vote, Minor living in a "wrong" state.
“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphases added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
In fact, the Court based its decision that the states uniquely decide voter qualifications partly on the Constitution's rule for electing House representatives, the only power for voting for federal offices that ordinary, state-qualified citizen voters originally had.
"Article I, Section 2, Clause 1: The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature [emphasis added]."
"The members of the House of Representatives are to be chosen by the people of the States, and the electors in each State must have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislature." —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
So Constitution-based Supreme Court case precedent has clarified that the states uniquely have the power to decide voter qualifications imo.
On the other hand, note that the states have never expressly constitutionally given ordinary citizen voters the specific power to vote for POTUS like we have for Congress.
In other words, our power to vote for POTUS amounts to deceptive (imo) political party smoke and mirrors, probably intended to give voters the impression that they are in control of the Oval Office imo.
But also consider that state power to decide voter qualifications means that the states can use illegal alien votes to sneak more voting power for a favored political party into the House of Representatives, right?
WRONG!
First note that women who were previously prohibited from voting are now voting, but not because the feds made a law allowing all women to vote.
More specifically, in stark contrast to elite Democrats now trying to unconstitutionally gift illegal aliens the right to vote to try to keep themselves in power, women had to fight for their suffrage which they eventually won, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
So letting illegals get away with voting is not only a slap in the face for women who had to work hard for their suffrage, but wrongly weakens the voting power of all qualified citizens.
In addition to illegals having no express constitutional power to vote, there's another MAJOR constitutional problem with allowing illegals to vote.
More specifically, the congressional record shows that post-Civil War lawmakers were concerned that renegade states that allowed illegal aliens to vote effectively wrongly nullify the Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but" * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See near middle of 1st column.)
" Whatever difference there may be as to what other rights appertain to a citizen, all must agree that he has the right to petition and also to claim the Protection of the Government. These belong to him as a member the body politic, and the possession of them is what separates citizens of the lowest condition from aliens and slaves. To suppose that a State can make an alien a citizen or confer on him the right of voting would involve the absurdity of giving him the direct and immediate control of the action of the General Government, from which he can claim no protection and to which he has no right to present a petition [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See bottom half of 1st column.)
The bottom line concerning feds limiting the states in removing ineligible voters is that the feds themselves are unconstitutionally interfering with a federal election by unthinkingly helping to nullify the Constitution's Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause imo.
Regarding renegade states allowing illegals to vote, also note that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that amendment ratified shortly after the excerpts above appeared in the congressional record, is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.
Especially consider the zero tolerance "hair trigger" wording in that section that should be a warning for any state thinking about rigging an election, letting non-citizens vote just one example of doing so.
Excerpted from 14A:
"But when the right to vote at any election"
"is denied to any"
"or in any way abridged,"
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election [all emphases added] for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
In fact, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!
"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives
But even with its zero tolerance wording, Pence and the J6 Congress still wrongly ignored allegations of vote-counting fraud imo.
Also, in addition to trying to tap the illegal votes of illegal aliens to try to stay in power, desperate elite Democrats recently unilaterally threw out 14+ million primary votes for Biden after his bad interview with Trump, giving Biden's votes to presidentially unqualified (imo) Harris, and need to be held responsible for violating Section 2 imo.
Consider that if this were a better world, the feds would be reminding all states before an election that the feds will be darkening the doorway of any state to investigate allegations of possible violations of constitutional voting integrity protections, including policing elections for violations of the Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause.
But since Congress and renegade states have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November.
In fact, it's up to us Trump supporters to take the first MAJOR step in draining the swamp by supporting hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
